Fran Kopnicky to Head Up Murrells Inlet Branch of South Atlantic Bank
 
Myrtle Beach, SC (June 3, 2008) – South Atlantic Bank has hired Fran Kopnicky to head up
their second and newest branch in Murrells Inlet. Kopnicky will join the bank as Vice
President/Murrells Inlet Branch Manager.
 
Kopnicky will manage the bank’s newest branch, located on the corner of Highway 17 Bypass
and TPC Boulevard.
 
“Fran joins us with 38 years of banking experience and has been in the Garden City/Murrells
Inlet market since 1986. Fran has extensive experience in retail lending and branch
management”, states South Atlantic Bank President, Scott Plyler.
 
Kopnicky is on the board of directors of the United Way of Horry County and is the past
president and current member of the Pawley’s Island Rotary Club.
