South Atlantic Bank Holds Ribbon Cutting at Murrells Inlet Location
 
Myrtle Beach, SC (January 15, 2009) – South Atlantic Bank held a ribbon cutting this past Friday, January
9th, to celebrate the opening of its Murrells Inlet branch located at 11019 Tournament Boulevard, on the
corner of Tournament Boulevard and Highway 17 Bypass.
 
While the new Murrells Inlet office is under construction, a full-service modular is open for business. The
new building is planned to be a 10,000 square foot, two-story facility with the bank occupying the first
floor and leasing space for a tenant on the second floor.
 
Dargan Construction Company of Myrtle Beach has been selected as the general contractor for the Murrells
Inlet branch location. Expected completion of the building is set for September 2009.
 
The Murrells Inlet branch will offer full banking services including retail, commercial and mortgage
lending, night depository services, and a no-fee ATM.
 
In attendance at the ribbon cutting were bank officials, board members, Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of
Commerce officials and friends.
