Navigation Restructuring Details
- Cash Manager was added as a primary menu item. ACH, WIRES, ARP, Users (formerly under Settings/Options), are now located under the Cash Manager menu
- Account pseudo names on the Account listing page will now take the user to the Current Transaction page for the selected account. Account Information has been moved to the account drop-down.
- For Cash Management users, Current Day, Prior Day, and Cash Position (download) have been consolidated under Reports within the Cash Management tab.
- The menus have been reformatted for ease of navigation and color changes make it easier for the users to see where they are within the application.
- All Agreements and Policies (Agreement, Security, and Privacy) have been consolidated under a single link, INFO.
- For Bill Pay the options Create a Company Payee or Create an Individual Payee were added so users aren’t forced to search the database for every new payee.
- The Alert me when this bill is paid alert has been moved from the recurring payment setup screen to the Alerts page. All Bill Pay Alerts will now reside under the Alerts option.
- Confirmations were added for the input of specific functions such as transfers, stop payments, and bill pay.
- Accounts on the Account Listing page will be separated by type Deposit, Loan, etc)
- The view quantity control (accounts per page, number of transactions) has been changed from a drop-down to a link.
