Step-by-Step Enrollment Process for eDocs
Under Online Services, log into your account at NetTeller and click on the eDocs tab.

You will need to complete the four segments of enrollment:

Enroll all available documents. By default, all documents types are selected for all accounts. If you do not wish to receive all notices or statements electronically you must click Details and remove checkboxes beside the corresponding documents.
Validate email address. When you enter or update your email address here, the change carries through to the NetTeller ID.
Enter security phrase. This phrase will be used in notification emails.
Accept terms and disclosures. Select the checkbox then click Enroll Now to complete enrollment.

Email Confirmation
When you enter or update your email address here, the change carries through to the NetTeller ID.

Please note your security phrase has been inserted into the subject line and your listing of enrolled accounts has been placed in the email body.
You will also receive the same email message when you make a change to any enrolled documents.
Additional Recipients
User may enroll additional recipients for electronic documents.
Click Add Additional Recipients

Assign the recipient a Username, Email Address and PIN then click Save.

Once the additional user is created, click Assign Documents.

Place a check next to each document you wish the additional user to receive, then click Save Settings.

Receiving Documents
When a statement or notice is generated an email will be sent to you.
Click on the attachment and a login shell will open. You will need to enter your NetTeller ID (either the 12 digit ID or the Personal ID) and your NetTeller password.

After you login, a PDF document will open within Adobe Acrobat Reader. Print or save the document to your computer.
